INSPIRE 3EL3 C01 Live Coding - Reflection #1
Description from the course outline
Submit a text reflection on what you find most interesting/exciting about live coding and why (due by 10 PM on Fri 15th May, on Avenue To Learn)
Further details/requirements
The reflection should be at least a page of double-spaced normal text, but feel to write more. Honesty and authenticity is more important than quantity. Please submit in PDF DOCX ODT Markdown or text format (not Pages or any other closed word-processing format).
See the comment in the course outline about writing things in your own voice from your own position. Don't use AI/LLMs for this - it's not necessary and is rather disappointing. I'm far more interested in hearing where you are at in whatever way you write - don't worry about it being perfect or impressive or whatever!
In thinking about this reflection, you can certainly draw on our discussions/activities in class, but you can also (if you want, no requirement) watch/read further materials from the live coding movement (e.g. toplap sites, eulerroom youtube, youtube etc sites from local live coding scenes like livecodenyc) or from live coding's articulation as a research/academic project (see also the loose notes on live coding as research).
